I am planning to move to singapore (i have permanent residence) . their tax department says all income earned from foreign source is non-taxable, however subject to following condition,

Service income refers to income from professional, technical, consultancy or other services provided by a person in the course of its trade, profession or business. Service income received from overseas will be considered as Singapore-sourced if it is not rendered through a fixed place of operation in the foreign jurisdiction and if one is carrying on a trade, business or profession of providing such a service in Singapore. Such income is taxable in Singapore.

My income comes from affiliate commission, do I fall under "Services" or "Technical services"? I am having a hard time understanding this.

When i called them i got different answers each time which confuses me even more. Any help is appreciated

Just read the statement and you have your answer...

Your affiliate commissions won't be taxable as you're not providing services (eg. personal coaching, consulting).
