Terror strikes India yet again

Before someone makes a stupid comment like "It's all because of the Congress (UPA) government's soft corner on terrorists by ending the POTA act that the BJP should come into power to secure (LOL) the country", Let me post my views here.

It has nothing to do with any ACTS. When the terrorists strike these kind of attacks, they are all prepared to lose their lives. What we need is a strong protection department. I guess, the police-citizen ratio in India is about 0.00000...1. The governments first need to empower the Police department with a lot of manpower so that they can prevent these kind of attacks in future.

The situation absolutely sucks. I have been following the news since last night. Around 40 hostages trapped at the Oberoi hotel, what has been the Mumbai Police doing when they got a tip that the terrorist entered Mumbai from the Gujrat sea route by local fishermens ?

The ATC chief is also killed in the encounter. Shit the situation is so fucked up right now in Mumbai.

I'm probably going to sound like an asshole to most of you, but anyway... Shit loads of people die every day from various things, how many people really die from these terrorist attacks? Not many. The amount of freedom and other bullshit you would give up by having a huge amount of police and excessive security measures would simply not be worth it.

If terrorists want to attack, they will find a way, even if they fail a couple of times first. How hard do you think it would be to illegally cross a border, get picked up, drive to some city center and then start spraying? How the hell would you even stop that?

I am sorry, but that's how you exactly sound like, an ASShole. Shit loads of people die everyday from Road accidents, in plane crashes, with diseases etc. But that's totally a different thing to these terror attacks. You won't lose much amount of freedom even in the most secured places if you are a normal citizen and have nothing to do with those terrorist assholes.

If terrorists want to attack, they will find a way, Yeah! A lot them wanted to kill the presidents of various nations by now, a lot of times. They might have succeeded a couple of times and failed miserably in many cases and lost their lives. These police protection and security forces and all that stuff is about warning those fuckers not to fuck with you. The more you secure your nation, the more those SOBs afraid to fuck with your nation. The more times you defeat their plans of any attacks, the better lessons they would learn not to fuck with you anymore.

And, Is it so easy to cross a border and get picked up? If yes, that's why the Border Security Forces protect the lines, not to let anybody into your country illegally. Probably, they don't know, like you do, that it is so easy to cross a border even when they are protecting the boarder.

And the freedom you lose with those excessive security measures is not worth a bit of the feeling "They are doing all this to ensure the safety of every citizen."

The "war against terror" is another well made up tool to make you fear everything, and surrender even more freedoms in patriot acts and london's city cameras and airport checks. "Terrorism" used to be "communism", words which have been brainwashed deep down, making you jump up in anguish every time you hear them, like a Pavlof's dog. I have seen that immediate, instinctive response you have when you listen these words. They have trained you well. At least acknowledge that this is real, and think your own thoughts, not the ones they want you to think.

Of course those deaths are tragic, and they are by no means justified, for whatever sick cause the "terrorists" fight for. But you have to understand that the "terrorists" themselves are created and supplied by your own country. Osama bin laden was trained by the CIA you fucking idiots. They only hunted him when he stopped doing their favors.
