Are you the Jon Waraas I paid weeks ago for blog posting, received nothing, and had to file a paypal claim for because two emails went unanswered and so far the paypal claim is sitting there unanswered?
 
I was going to let it go because I got my money back and had decided to move on, but I’m going to stand up for BlondeTM here and call out waraas here for not delivering on his offered service.

I made an order from his blog commenting service and paid immediately. It took a month and a PayPal dispute to get my cash back. During this time I exchanged emails with waraas offering a refund, but never providing one.

I’m restraining myself because although I have been a member for almost a year, I have not contributed much. I decided that I will always be an outsider if I don’t stand up and call it like I see it.

The fact is that waraas offered a service I paid for and just didn’t bother to provide. He did this while continuing to advertise the service. Feel free to reply with some BS. I’m not looking for a fight, but will be happy to back-up what I have to say.

Thanks for the quick refund. I didn't know I was supposed to follow up the order with an email, I waited about 10 days before I sent the first, then 4 more for the second.

It's all good, I was more disappointed than pissed. It seemed like your service was a way to get the benefit of comment hut without having to do the comments myself...in other words, it was exactly what I was looking for.

I understand that emails get stuck in spam nets, and I was ok with that too...it's just that when I saw this post I felt the need to comment in case you were pulling a stickycarrots.

Thanks again for taking care of it. :)

I missed this post when I replied. Thanks for your input. I count on feedback from other people here when I buy services, so that's why I replied to this thread the first time. I gave stickycarrots great feedback, and he ended up screwing a lot of people (unless something bad happened to him and he really isn't around).
 
webthisway - All the comments are hand typed, not made with computer programs. It takes time to write all the comments, I am sorry about your order.

Blonde - I am sorry about your order too.

If you to ever want to try out my service again I will give you guys a decent discount.

I think that if you are part of community than you have a responsibility to sound off when necessary. I think we all depend of the feedback of others to keep up with the latest tips and tricks of marketing.

I try and keep as much as the work I outsource in North America. Experiences like this make it difficult to do so.

I’m usually not that easily pissed, and perhaps I’m not in the best of moods, but everything I have shared is the indisputable truth. Sometimes I just feel the need to share it along with my feelings on the matter.

I gave you a chance to just admit you dropped the ball and I would have let it go. Instead, I get just the kind of response I expected from a useless toolbag. Don’t try and shovel that shit here. Were you ill? Were you traveling? At least make something up.

8/5 - Order placed & payment made. – No response
8/7 - Email sent to jonwaraas@gmail.com – No response
8/8 - Email sent to jonwaraas@gmail.com – No response
8/16 - Email sent to jonwaraas@gmail.com – No response
8/17 - PayPal dispute opened.
8/20 - Final request for services in email to jonwaraas@gmail.com – No response
9/3 - Payment refunded by PayPal.

You say you reply to email in 12 hours. Not everyone can offer that level of service. If you can’t, than don’t say you can. It would have been nice to get any reply.

Why do you sell a service you don’t bother to provide? You promote your service and collect payment and don’t do the work. That puts you about half a step above a Nigerian scammer. Perhaps you need a few more developers in the hut.

Thanks for the discount offer on your service. I would have been happy to have it when I paid full price. Since I don’t think you will actually do the work, I’ll pass.

Jon, in future, I would appreciate if you put up my links right after I pay you. Let me test it for a month, if the results are good, I'll continue.

I know it's not cool to trash someone sales thread but when I made a legitimate comment about his service he responded with bullshit.

I don't think that qualifies as a flame. Certainly not in this neighborhood.
