This guy is probably using hacked adwords acct.

adwords uses the same login info as gmail, I have seen people use key logger on hotel business centers to capture people's gmail info and harvest adword acounts.

FTC started cracking down on ACAI same time as SEC started cracking down on the penny stock clowns.

Both these rackets had to move offshore around the same time because of the heat.

SEC has carried around a big set of balls for decades. FTC has no balls until maybe the last two years. FTC got religion all by little lonesome or was there knowledge transfer between the orgs?

Ha ha, now the next step is that the game has gone off-shore, like that's going to help in the long run. You can be sharing an igloo with a penguin in freakin' Antarctica and still get an SEC summons shoved in your mailslot, in my line of business.
