oh come on man.... the apostrophe is not really an issue since you cant really say thatcute and people know domains have only letters and numbers ( and hyphen )

that being said, you will have to brand and build from zero to hero if you want to make anything out of this domain.
was thinking that ads and logos might look a bit silly without the apostrophe, and inevitably some people who don't know much about computers will be typing in the apostrophe out of habit/ignorance(not a big deal)
no feel for SEO because 'thats cute' is typed less than 200 times a month, . it also doesn't complete anything, it's a phrase within itself(think of auto suggestions in G)... of course any domain can be optimized/promoted, but the name itself won't offer any tangible benefits.
It is catchy and positive though, gotta give it that.
I think it has a great deal of social brand-ability. Go with a pinterest-type clone and scale that bitch.
Still <$500 but worth every penny!
It wouldn't be a short-term cheap project though. You'd have to build a brand and then wait to reap the rewards down the road.
