THIS IS HUGE. Won't this make other keyword tools like wordtracker and wordez somewhat obsolete?

No, because the paid version of Wordtracker still offers value by showing you how much competition there is on keywords among all the search engines.

I've had this confirmed by Google. They said it's previous month's searches, plus average searches over a twelve month period.

Damn. I actually couldn't sleep because of this. Here I am at 5 am, all ready to play with my new google toy all day.

Wow man, I thought no one would ever release this stuff. At least not for lots of money. But I guess that is not Googles game.

Internet Marketing may have just changed again.

Well it makes sense from an adwords marketing point of view, they want your targetted marketing just as much as you. Plus, I think it will help clean up all the crap out there. Whos going to waste time and effort making spammy/ugly sites on keywords that aren't even worth it? Now we can make spammy/ugly sites for the keywords that are!! :D

Hooooooray!
Green bars just didn't make sense.

I think they do ok money wise - releasing this data will only make them more guacamole

I think you are just sexy... turbolapp...

I am down on my knees asking you to marry me turbolapp and we can do keyword research together. :)

That's REALLY nice indeed but there's one thing that makes me wonder:
I just played a bit with this tool and compared those results with the results of google trends and sometimes those results kinda conflict.

One phrase had like 300.000 searches according to the keyword tool and when I was using Google Trends, it told me "x does not have enough search volume to show graphs".

So I was trying another phrase which should get way less searches and voila- it showed up.I compared those two phrases and phrase A with 300.000 searches had a bar which was like 2 millimeters (or 0.0787401575 inches) and phrase B had a much bigger bar.

Obviously one of them is lying and I hope it's Google Trends in that case since phrase A had like 500 results for "A" and it's a big ticket item.

I wonder why they don't get their data from the same source.
