Timliness: I was given a deadline of May 6th and received the report on May 5th (10/10)
Communication: There were no issues, so no additional communication beyond the initial order and immediate confirmation of when the report would be ready (10/10)
Quality: Alex and his team do a good job of not just getting the main blog articles setup right, but also the web 2.0 properties, bookmarks, and profile links designed to support them. (10/10)
Ranking Effect: It is way too early to tell and I still get to enjoy another 1500 dripped article submissions -- I would be very surprised if there any negative ranking effect (even the temporary dancing many of you are familiar with). This was quality work that won't look like a truckload of xrumer links.

After the article submissions, I plan on reordering with other sites. 'Nuff said.

This is the worst service and support I have ever come across.

Exactly what did I pay for? If you could not promote my site then you should not have taken my money!

So I used this service a while back and it sucked...........was reviewing the thread about to drop a few hundred on 3 sites but it seems like the consensus from everybody is that it is a waste of money (edit) and STILL sucks
 
Guesswho, I didn't think it sucked. It's a pyramid approach with supplementary article syndication...some may not understand how that works and why you want to pound the secondary and tertiary layers. Anyhow, I just reordered a 5-hoth for a different site.
 
Shit happens - that is the nature of being in business and is inevitable as a service provider. What separates poor providers from good ones, is how the service provider reacts and handles the issue.

Although I have only ordered a few Hoths, I have always been impressed with the level of support. If not Alex, Clayton is on top of it right away.

Quality providers.
 
Another site ranked with the Hoth. Gave them the wrong inputs .com instead of .ca, Clayton sorted me out 4 weeks later when i noticed. Shortly thereafter #2 for one kw and #5 for another. Not terribly competitive, but still impressive all things considered.

Will not say I endorse this service with local offline clients, but for the most part it is what I've been using and seen pretty good results. As Google continues to move towards a more balanced approach when ranking in GP, services like this are going to be more and more important for me. Local SEO is all the nightmare I can handle...I don't need to worry about organic to.
