All talk, no walk. If you guys think your e-mail was obtained by Pace in way that was not compliant with CAN-SPAM why not sue him? CAN-SPAM penalties can be steep, plus you would expose him as a hypocrite, no? Opt-in IP, timestamp, all that good stuff? Why do I even have to tell you this? 
Why don't you put a google alert on this morons name and send a link to this board to every company or person that allows him to represent them in any way... Like poor offer vault. I think this board exposes him pretty well for who he really is. Just send them a link to this board. And if you post a link on every industry message board you come across it will increase the seo ranking like crazy. Actually just put this link in the comment section of every site that has an article about him.

Thanks for the tip. I've reported him twice for spam -- I still get his fucking stupid emails and blocking him on facebook even seems impossible. Same with Shoemoney and his BS communications.
Ok I cant stand it anymore. Ive been on this thread 3-4 times and this douche Pace Lattin has got to be stopped. First of all let me be the one to say that I am the one being sued. Second of all I am ALSO suing Pace for slander to the tune of 9 million dollars. Heres the catch, I had a PI track this douche down only to find out hes fucking bankrupt! If you doubt what I am saying i will gladly send you the report I received from the PI.

Especially a company with a huge directory of affiliate email addresses like Offervault. Changing the email address that I have with them to one of my spam accounts as we speak.

I just don't see this "position" having much monetary value or compensation- well, other than Pace stealing the affiliate database... Also of note, I am surprised to see this thread was never closed.
That's the problem, he now may have access to more email addresses on which to Spam. Also he is a major troller of the industry (and major hypocrite) and the less exposure he gets the better. The man cannot be trusted.
Why should the thread be closed? Surely this is of interest to anyone who has dealings with companies that this bloke works for?
I get those offer vault emails but never check out their shit (I mean, all the guru webinar spam they send my way). But since you mentioned this, I went to the site to check it out. Man, reading shit like Groupon is CPA & Affiliate Marketing just dropped my IQ by 5 points. Which is at higher pace than all the warrior forum crap.
