The Like Button Is Playing Hide and Seek But Mostly Hide

Can I suggest somewhere back over on the right of this again:

Just a suggestion like.
 


I do miss that total likes count at the upper right hand corner of the thread tho. Will suck if we can't get that bad boy back. But it's a work in progress currently, so hey, better than nothing but promises amirite??? Woohoo! We actually executed and delivered on an issue in record time for the first time since like the start of this god forsaken gay webmaster forum first arrived on the scene! Take that naysayers.

Gah.. excited over such minor details. I need to get out more.
 
Would it be possible to make it so that the like button stays there, instead of disappearing, and just changes to 'liked' or something? It's quite easy to accidentally like and dislike a post, since the dislike button immediately moves to where the like button is.
