Well then tell me, how can you create an ad that is professional looking in a crowded market of other professional looking ads and stick out like a sore thumb? In a way when you advertise like everyone else, you almost advertise to nobody. I'm not saying it wouldn't out perform a generic looking ad with the right person behind it. Everything comes down to testing / optimizing anyways... But I would put my money on that ad any day, of course I'd do it a little different.
