What an idiot. If he just remained silent and hide the weed somewhere in the car, the cops wouldn't of search it and moved on.
 
Naw the cop smelled the weed, that's cause enough to legally search the car.

The cop acted just like ALL cops should be acting though.
 
It's amazing what cameras present from a nationally televised show will do for police conduct.

This is why it's so important for cameras to be mandated in all police cars. I imagine police conduct has gotten a lot better since their use.
 
The Sheriff in Brevard County FL is pretty much a badass. The guy's name is Jack Parker and his only philosophy is don't be a dick to people. He makes is deputies read the constitution before he swears them in and if they don't understand it he won't deputize them.
 
Quite a few police in the UK used to be like this... believe it or not, many of them signed up to do useful things, not hassle smokers.

Unfortunately, now if they see a "crime" and don't arrest/caution you, they can lose their job.

Or because he let the guy who was clearly stoned back in his car? To maybe run over some innocent people?

Find out where this cop is at. Call his supervisor and tell him to give him a raise.

We complain about bad cops but when do we ever reward good cops? Shit man.
