im learning about this in a college class im taking regarding technology law .. and they can definately get fucked b/c its playing off oprah ... it can be claimed as like confusion or something like that

Well i dont know if anyone noticed but all the ladies shown where it says acai hits the spotlight have some form of cleavage showing. That must be a selling point

That's a 1 million dollar profit so the answer would be yes!

However I'd be much more afraid of making $100k on the site and paying a million in fines and legal fees.

Not worth the hassle imo.
 
If Oprah wants to put out a biz opp I'm all for buying that shit. But a diet program. Oprah's fat if anyone has noticed.
