I think there's an obvious arbitrage angle to this method too, if you were to utilize the lower rungs of the profession (to keep ROI high).
Plus throw in some blackmail, and your 'clients' will be happy - or at least willing - to continue with the rebill... thus pretty much ensuring your leads will never get scrubbed either. hoohaw.

i have an update to this which is a bit more hands off, but involves proxies. the punk method i call it. in a nutshell it allows you to payoff shady cops, crackheads or any other marginal character you can find on or around the pimp stroll. sometimes they are sleeping or just down and out, but you can certainly use them if you don't want to contact the hoes's directly yourself. the nice thing about proxies is they are disposable, but as i said, if you don't get a decent one you're leaving a few things up in the air with regards to your bottom line. more to come.

as an aside, if anyone wants to start listing cheap local tattoo shops i wouldn't consider it stepping on this thread at all. we've been using tattoos for branding as well as regular affiliate offer placement. some of the local shops around our stroll have reported earnings doubling since this method surfaced. we've actually managed to strike a few private exclusive deals. i wouldn't suggest this to start off with, but it's something to think about long term.
