Before people sound off about how it's not recoverable/not high enough ROI for development/exploration/production, I know at least 20 contractors who have taken jobs out there since the housing market went to shit a few years back. These companies aren't dumping millions of dollars into building employee housing/facilities unless they plan on making money off and it and being there awhile.

that chart is retarded. The price of oil is determined completely by speculation as oil is sold using futures contracts.
