the secret to success

That's not true at all. Good luck figuring out something that nobody else knows. And even if you did it has nothing to do with financial success -if it did then Einstein would be rich and Zuckerberg would be poor. Whether you look at success in the fields of business, military conquest, personal (health, etc) the greats all stood on the shoulders of greats before them. I've made websites in markets with existing competitors and carved out strong businesses by simply fine tuning the process or strengthening the USP. Success isn't a vacuum.

I think understanding success is really a kind of AHA moment that comes from attaining it. As a metaphor it's like walking up a stair case with only the next stair light up ahead of you -but the higher up you go the better view you get of the journey behind you and how it all came together.

When it boils down to it success comes from letting go of your own selfish needs for a moment and catering to the selfish needs of the many.

I started out doing some BH stuff in the beginning when I started out. I'd make a couple of grand here and there but the real money escaped me. And I was sweating looking for new methods and avenues to bring in the cash.

Now I focus on building assets and giving instead of taking -not because I'm a saint. But because the more I focus on the needs of others the more I GET.

Everything in one way or another in terms of financial success is connected to understanding the many -even high finance, which is corrupt as hell and really doesn't produce squat at its root is based on analysis of the many for the benefit of the few.

Personally I like the idea of benefiting the many to benefit myself even more.

Stick around man, you're consistently making great points.

Whenever I see success threads I just think of the man who modeled some of the most successful people in the world in his time.

"The secret to success is no secret. Men have written volumes on that. The real secret is to have the HEART to actually go forth and do it." Eric Thomas

Many times 'success' is measured in how much money one makes. That's a misconception. Success can be found in every part of life.

“First comes thought; then organization of that thought, into ideas and plans; then transformation of those plans into reality. The beginning, as you will observe, is in your imagination.”
― Napoleon Hill

Achieving success is incredibly simple.

Step 1: Have a good idea.

Step 2: Work hard to make that idea a reality, even when that work is hard or inconvenient.

It really is that simple. Fortunately for me, most people will not continue to persistently work at something when it is hard. It usually takes 10,000 hours of practice and hard work to become truly exceptional at something, and most people will give up well before then.
