So, I was looking up something when the G, in it's infinite wisdom, decided to show me something yet again entirely irrelevant to what I was searching for. Go figure...

Anyway, for all you Hillary bashers, (me included) here's one of the dim bulb ideas this stupid broad has come up with Clinton AP Interview: "...prove to their employers they have insurance as part of a job interview."

It's shit like this that makes me dream about climbing a tower with a high-powered rifle... I swear! :ak:
(for all you FBI and Secret Service weenies who might read this, thanks to the Patriot Act, I'm NOT serious FFS!)

Just fucking vote for Ron Paul and make this country great again!

I fully concur with your arguement with Hilary Clintons motives... Mike Gravel is another candidate with promising resolution to our current estate of problems in this country.

I can't believe that. I didn't believe it and I still can't believe that any politician would require people to have health insurance. Will it be like mandatory car insurance? No insurance and caught driving then you can go to jail. I can just see it now when you go to the hospital, do you have insurance? No. Ok, after you're treated, we're gonna have to fine you or possibly jail you.

Funny how the mainstream media talks about her universal health care plan like it's the best thing since jelly in a squeeze bottle, but fails to mention this little detail, eh?

Say Joe Schmuck is out of work and can't afford health insurance. He goes looking for a job but can't get one because he doesn't have health insurance. He needs the job to earn money to buy the health insurance he needs to get the job. ARGH!

It's so "Catch-22."

There was only one catch and that was Catch-22, which specified that a concern for one's safety in the face of dangers that were real and immediate was the process of a rational mind. Orr was crazy and could be grounded. All he had to do was ask; and as soon as he did, he would no longer be crazy and would have to fly more missions. Orr would be crazy to fly more missions and sane if he didn't, but if he was sane he had to fly them. If he flew them he was crazy and didn't have to; but if he didn't want to he was sane and had to. Yossarian was moved very deeply by the absolute simplicity of this clause of Catch-22 and let out a respectful whistle. "That's some catch, that Catch-22," Yossarian observed. "It's the best there is," Doc Daneeka agreed.

Hmm...

The way it works in other countries is that if you do not have a job, welfare pays the basic health insurance.

She says her plan would provide incentives and tax credits.

When was the last time some out of work person needed a tax credit? What incentive, buy insurance or go to jail?

But she says she hasn't proposed punitive measures for those who don't buy in.

I'll bet they forgot the word yet. "She hasn't YET proposed punitive measures..." I am moist with anticipation.

A day without politicians is like a day without a dick up my ass.
