The surprising science of motivation



Great Video......

Something that struck me almost immediately. Is that this in some ways reminded me of the book Predictably Irrational.

It seems[to me] that we at points here are mixing economic and social norms as a means for motivation-
I.E. that lower level skills(menial labor) are driven by economic norms as means of motivation... However to increase performance in higher level cognitive(broad multi tiered projects) tasks that we more rely toward social driven norms to increase performance for instance- Validation(peers) , , ,,Autonomy[End State]..

This shows me that Low wage earners see the dollars themselves. People that have our mindset See the Freedom, and the Respect we earn that come from our Success achieved

Of Course I'm Drunk and I may be totally full of Shit...Just sayin..
