Its not the types of houses, its the disproportionate number of red cars in that small area.
My current car is boring and eminently practical - a dark gray Mercury Milan. I like it 
I don't get enough joy out of fancy cars to feel justified in spending the money on that vs. something else - but I HAVE been looking for a good condition black 1982 Trans Am for a while now. I think it would be super fun to convert it to a KITT replica with my dad over the course of several visits back home.

yeah that's even a deal in dayton, the same house sold for 120k when the market was good. the best part was I got 10% back for being a first time home owner so I had $6,600 to update carpet and paint and shit.

Just picked up this bad boy off Ryan Eagle, he upgraded to a 95'
not gonna lie, that car looks pretty bangin. It feels like it should be some rich guy from a middle eastern country driving it.
