I saw this before on YouTube. I think the participants are Rumanian, or at least Eastern European. The two men are drunk, possibly gypsies. One lashes out carelessly at a passerby, then gets the fright of his life when he gets smacked back.
The voice behind the camera, the woman's voice, is reproaching the two idiots.
I'd be pleased if I could handle myself so well in a similar situation.
Always a good idea to keep away from drunks; they're temporarily insane, and when they wake up the next day, remorseful, having wasted police and medic's time with their self-indulgent buffoonery. No point arguing with them.

In any other situation I'd agree, but one of those guys smacked her in the face. They deserved what they got.
