it seems no one wanted to reply to this. it's too complicated too multi-faceted. it's much easier to make blanket statements one way or the other or argue against them which is pretty much what's been happening in this thread so far.

Same thing she would do when you're no longer "up for it". You don't fall in love with looks or at least you shouldn't LOL. Remember, looks will get you there, personality will keep you there.
 
I remember this woman at a conference, maybe 2008 beginning 2009.
She was his assistant, not enough, his alter ego. His barrier against the world.
Not even 1 person was admitted to take a photo with him.
She has got what she wanted and now I understand some details
 
IMHCO (humble, correct opinion), there are almost 7 billion people on this planet. X amount of them are compatible with you. Of those, Y amount are super hot. The actual amounts of those variables will of course have a great bearing on how easily you can find a super hot mate with whom you will greatly enjoy the time you spend. The amounts of those variables are of course also greatly influenced by your social status and how much of a freak you are.

Accepting anything less than someone from your Y pool is settling. I am not talking about the pool at your local YMCA. Comparisons to the mates of the excessively wealthy and/or famous are not relevant.

Hmm.. I'm not sure personality will keep me or many (most?) other men there once sexual attraction has been lost. Maybe it will keep me/them "there" as in marriage or long-term relationship but I think most likely we'll be going elsewhere to satisfy our sex drive.

I see this as a fundamental problem (or one of) with marriage. I know of no men who genuinely like having sex with older, un-attractive women. Well, there are a few with who do but those are like men who are into fat chicks - it's more of a rare fetish.

You're like "no problem, personalityy will keep you there". Serious? :)

Settling is the way of the society at large. No contradiction there. Just another thing they "settle". By the way is it better to settle or be alone? :)

Looks will improve your CTR, but personality will improve your conversion rates.
 
When you're rich - you can get any girl you want. The entire game of getting women actually becomes quite disgusting after awhile. I've been in situations where I've progressively treated women worse and worse and they wanted it more and more, leading me to a grim state of pure disgust because I know exactly why they want me. When I'm not looking for a relationship and just some sport fuck, I enjoy utilizing my success card then dropping the women on the curb like a piece of trash.

This time around, I wanted a girl that I could have gotten without all the fancy cars, clothes, and other shiny things. I just wanted a real girl that I could have a relationship with. Not some one night bullshit that, over time, wears on me emotionally in a negative direction.

Good post. But I disagree with your first sentence. There's a lot of rich guys who can't get any girl at all and I mean ANY. Just look around WF ;) In countries where women are financially independent a man wealth's really doesn't mean much unless we're talking gold-diggers and that's a small % of women.
 
How can some of you be such successes with AM yet such failures with relationships/outlooks on life in general?

Heh, if you have good money, you will get chicks. Women, especially young ones are willing to fuck any man with money. Also, not sure why you mention WF because probably only 5% of WF's members make good cash that they could get as many chicks as they want, even if you look like shit.
