Think about what you're complaining about: a moderator is making an attempt to keep a marketing forum at least a little on track and on focus.

I've said it before and I'll keep saying it: This forum is filled almost completely with retarded children that wonder why they don't make any goddamn money.

The exceptions rarely post and when they do, they don't feel like posting anything very useful because the signal-to-noise ratio will ensure anything good will quickly be drowned out by fucktards posting bullshit.

Yeah, WF was pretty cool at one time and what made it cool was its lax, I-dont-give-a-fuck attitude but at some point the marketing talk on the forum was overrun with nothing but bullshit.

And I'm not saying I'm exempt: I've started arguments, posted silly pictures, etc. but when someone had a real question that I had a real answer to, I chimed in with some good stuff.

If there were more of that kind of talk, then I'd chime in a lot more. Some of the posters you guys troll regularly are smart as hell and doing very, very well for themselves in this business you're struggling in.

Yet you'd rather call them a "nigger" or a "fag" and post another stupid gay sex picture than to actually engage in an actual conversation.

I mostly agree, but the number of "How is babby made" type threads are directly proportionate to the number of "Your a fag" replies. If people asked more intelligent questions they might get more intelligent replies. Typically good questions will get good answers here. That's my experience at least.

WF used to ban the fags so that there were only good questions now these morons are allowed to exist here.

I've been on WF since the beginning through good times and shitty. I've met most of you even the trolls. I've done business with most of you whether baller or broke.

And I can honestly input that we work in the best and most fun industry in the world with the best, nicest and the brightest people. I admit its frustrating to login to WF and see a wall of troll threads day after day and nothing worth responding to but it doesn't matter what happens to wickedfire good business and good people will always continue to find a way to connect. So take it easy on each other a bit :)

To me, talking about marketing on forums has only rarely (probably never) helped me make more money. What makes money is building campaigns, talking to your AMs, optimizing.

I came here to make more money but I stayed for the lulz. If I make friends with you fuckers it only makes this place better.
 
I pretty much just come here to see if I got any new likes. The thing is, likes don't grow on trees. There is no such thing as passive likes. Sure, you might make a good post and get some good like mileage out of it, BUT, the reality is you're going to have to continue contributing posts if you expect to keep a steady flow of likes.
