This sucks if it is true...

Seems to be very accurate, especially the first 4 to 5 friends, then some surprises. It's definitely not based on level of interaction, I can tell you that much.

edit* just realized the surprises were the people I stalk...

This:

See a Secret List of Who You're Stalking Most on Facebook

It's the list of who YOU'RE stalking the most. The article includes some javascript that's supposed to list who you're stalking the most. I'm an idiot and couldn't get it to work. Maybe gawker is just as clueless as us.
Yeah, Gawker sucks, not working for me either.

EDIT: My bad Gawker, it's me that sucks, I should l2r. At the bottom, it says to turn off https for it to work. Works fine now. Go to account settings->Security->Turn off Secure browsing.

The 1st one on my list is a friend from high school that I just added to my list 2 days ago. We didn't have any form of interaction on fb yet. There are probably way more factors involved in this thing than you guys think...

Just wanted to bump this. My buddy asked me what it was again and I tried it on my profile and the shit is gone. There is no more "orderedfriends" in the page source anymore.

Edit: Seems "InitialChatFriendsList" has the same list of users in the same order as when this was first posted. So either that is what it was the whole time or they renamed it.

I just tried turning off https and running the script but it didn't do anything:

Code:
javascript:(function(){var script=document.createElement('script');script.type='text/javascript';script.src='http://thekeesh.com/js/edges.js';document.getElementsByTagName('body')[0].appendChild(script);}())
