Those signs on telephone poles...

Does anyone know how I would go about finding the companies that put those paper signs up on telephone poles?

You know, the ones that are pieces of paper and they are pasted on or taped up? (Horrible description, but you know what I mean...)

I know it is a company that offers this, as I have seen people before putting them up - they are obviously hired help working for someone. If I see someone doing it again, I will ask them, but now that I am looking for one of these people, I will never see them again.

I know I sound stupid trying to describe this, but I had an idea and I went looking in my phone book for someone who offers this service, but I have no idea what heading or section to look under...

Does anyone have experience in this area? Should I just get someone off Craigslist to do it for me?

Why not just put them up yourself or pay one of your friends to do it... Although I imagine it depends on how many signs you are really putting up... But seriously... I've found beer makes a great reward for making friends do work..
