Here is a quick and easy tip i wanted to share to increase conversions when direct linking to offers.
This tip works great for Zip submits, email submits, and downloads (toolbars etc.)
Since you won't have your own landing page you need to make your ad sell as much as you can. That's hard since you only have a limited number of characters to work with.
The key is to pre-qualify your clicks by letting users know what action they will have to take when they get to the offer page.
So if you are running a debt relief offer and you need the visitor to submit their email to get paid, make sure your ad tells the person that they need to submit their email. here are some generic examples:

or
Pimp Your Profile
thousands of myspace layouts
All with our free toolbar download
If it doesn't tell me that i need to give that info and the user gets their and sees the email, they will be more likely to leave. But if they knew that when they clicked the ad, then they are more willing to give that information...
True your CTR may slightly go down, but your Conversion rate will go up and your campaign will be more profitable.
I've A/B tested this before with ads that indicate the action needed and i found that the ads that say the action can get a 10%-15% higher conversion rate for the same exact offer. Sometimes more.
