For the network reps who've posted here, or who might post in the near future, I think it would be wise to not discuss in too much detail what is considered a fraudulent application or what the minimum criteria would be for an application to be considered "good". I know there are many of these fraud guys reading forums and educating them on how to better improve their application process might not be the wisest thing to do.
To the OP, your best course of action is to do what has been said in this thread, and just about every other thread I've read about getting approval into a network: pick up the phone and call the network as soon as you've submitted your application.
