Tips for google places optimaztion?

Hi,
Does anyone have any tips for google places optimiztion?
I have noticed that on some terms I rank for that google places is inergrated into the serp's and others are not.
For the ones that are not, what are the factors that influence the order of these listing?

This shows general SEO factors (which is good) but I was looking for info related specifically to Google places.
