Tips on Using Rentacoder?

Hi,

I am going to post a project on Rentacoder. I have not used it before, so was wondering how to go about doing so. In order words, would you recommend that I have the coders sign an NDA? I know it would be a good idea but I'm afraid if I do so many coders won't bother and I won't get bidders. However, I'd rather not expose the exact project to the public.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

If they aren't willing to do the NDA then they probably aren't worth fooling with. Look at it as an easy way to filter out the crap.

I outsource designing to RaC all the time. I live by the mantra "no sign, no design." Many can design, few can design well, fewer are worth dealing with.

Same applies for programming, I guess, except the mantra doesn't rhyme.

This might be useful - Non compete, non disclosure agreement as a script that logs IP and details and emails both parties. It's UK law, but easy enough to change:
