TN Man “Fathers” 30 Kids But Can’t Support Any

He should have two choices, balls off or prison until he agrees to chop his balls off. Pick one.

If you have more than 1 kid that you're not paying for, and the state IS paying for because you're a stupid fuck, balls off or prison.

So that what, we can pay more (to the tune of $60,000 a year) for him in prison? Idiot.

That puts a lot of pressure on the mother to make a better choice.

Right now, a lot of these women are having these kids because the incentives make it rational to exploit the system. Remove that incentive, and behaviors will change.

Better? Likely.

Twelve months ago I thought that what you're saying is not a sufficiently inclusive argument, too many people won't change if the rug of the social safety net gets pulled out from under them, it will lead to genocide, etc. I haven't completely abandoned that belief but I've definitely left some of it behind and threads like this give me serious pause to continue reconsidering. It's true, people do adapt. More often than not they get their acts together and make it work however they can. And if in that process it breaks a cycle of dependence then perhaps more good is done for the long haul.

I know that's just basic social considerations, nothing earthshaking, but you have to admit it's a daunting precipice to look over, telling tens of millions of people that their crutch just broke and they won't be getting a new one. Maybe I don't appreciate the force of the problem to the extent that I should. (The other side of it is that I don't have enough faith in unregulated markets to bring millions of people to sustained full employment at high living wages, which I do think would solve the majority of social problems in a general sense. And that's likely not changing any time soon given the folks in the eye of the pyramid. Related but different topic.)

@MSTeacher: Since you did a thorough job researching for your post, I don't want to give you a hurried answer. I'll get back to you on this later when I've properly thought about it.

lol I appreciate it man but honestly you don't have to, I was just rambling. I watched those videos when Jake posted them and was going from memory + whatever else I've gleaned from guerilla's and Jake's posts & links to mises, which I almost always read through as painful as they can be. :p I'm not even sure if what I wrote are accurate hypotheticals.

I agree with you, prison is a bad idea..

But the balls off? Fuck yeah, turn that shit into a pay per view event in which people can pay $10 every Friday night to watch a group of men become forcibly castrated. Maybe designate a portion of that money to go towards a minimum monthly payment for child care.

I'd love to chat with you on skype about this sometime. I don't necessarily agree that material solutions will be the end of the issue, but rather a change in our understanding of how things work. Better information = better choices. Better choices can make free markets work very well IMO.

I'd +rep you if I wasn't all repped out today. You're one of the few guys who will dig deeper into what people are saying rather than lazily dismissing it out of hand. Kudos to you.

You definitely say a lot of intelligent things. I don't always agree with you but your posts are frequently insightful.

Yes, you buttfuck. You are supposed to PUNISH bad behavior, not fucking reward it. Furthermore, you know how many guys would choose life in prison over getting their nuts cut off? About 1 fucking percent.

Sorry but I'm not paying any more fucking money than I have to for anyone to do shit. I know for a fact that the military spends over TEN times more than social care does just to bomb a bunch of innocent kids and terrorize the fucking globe(I posted links somewhere). Funny that none of you guys seemed to be particularly bothered by it. We have a monstrously bloated government that can't even afford to educate its young people due to its sheer greed.

Fuck the world, I'm getting mine and everyone else can burn. I'd suggest ya'll do the same.

No offense but you're missing the point my dearest brother.

These women are going to get knocked up by some other dude. They are the ones having the kid. If they used birth control, this guy wouldn't be having so many, if any kids. It's the women who are choosing to have the kids so they can get welfare, and you know as well as I do, men are pigs, and these women will always find someone to knock them up.

I am not blaming the women (their choice is somewhat rational given the circumstances - free money), but this guy isn't the problem. He's just doing what guys do. Banging as many chicks as he can.

Yea but...er. I was going to say that guys like this are a rarity. Then as I was typing it I was like "Oh wait..."

Fucking pull the whore mothers tubes out then, I don't know.

All I know is that giving people like this welfare and encouraging them to do it more is NOT the right thing to do.

I could bang more chicks than I do (1) but don't. I'm not sure where you stand, but it takes two to tangle and each share equal responsibility.
You're married. Your old lady would take you for whatever you own, crush your soul, and smash your penis into 1,000 pieces.

No offense bro, but you're off the market.

Haha, you're right, but even still if I were single, I wouldn't bang a ton of chicks without protection of some sort, in fear of STD's, children, etc..

With that said though, you're right.. If you remove the incentive to have children because tax payers will pay your way, women will be less likely to have children in those circumstances (just as you would have less illegal immigrants to the US if you're not giving them free-everything)..

But that's not to negate the responsibility of parents to raise their sons with more sense than to fuck every walking thing without protection/sense of some sort.

There's a case to be made for both of the above.

What's your definition of Destitute though? Living on welfare? In the USA, destitution can be downright comfy and I don't fucking want to pay for your destitution, you got it?

Dictionary Example: "Without the basic necessities of life."

My example in this context. I'd rather be living under a tarp catching rats to live off of (if I were allowed to work my way out of the situation) than be forced into Government labor.

We're on the same page, I don't want to pay for other people's destitution either. I never plan on being in that situation, but I don't know what's going to happen over the next 10 years.

I'd rather live in the woods "Into The Wild" style and free than be a slave to the state.

Keep in mind that comment was pointing out a dangerous precedent that forced labor for welfare could theoretically present.

I agree with the principle that people living on handouts should earn them, but I could see that easily snowballing into a system of forced labor where the state has even more incentive to force people into relying on handouts to live.

I actually agree with this. There is nothing more sacred than freedom. Without freedom, you have nothing.

If you really believe that then I predict two things for your future:

1. You're going to kick yourself later for not doing more for the Paul campaign now.

2. You'll eventually wind up an Anarcho-Capitalist, even if you can't fathom what that is now totally. It's inevitable, unless of course you elect to stay stupid.

(XBox and weed, or liberal, either will do the trick.)

Hey Hey Dont say that, when you're the 900 pound gorilla in the room. Married or not bitches know.
After the 2nd child that guy should have learned his lesson. Bitches will be bitches, and will raise even dumber bitches.
Negative evolution.
