Fellows, your buddy mGrunin is graduating from college tomorrow. My ceremony will be held tomorrow and that will mark the final chapter in my academic life.

Despite what my join date might say on the left side, the veterans around here know I have been around for longer. I was a regular on WickedFire when I was a sophomore in highschool. It was during that time that my affiliate marketing business was prospering but without the knowledge and connections I have made from WickedFire; I would not be in the position I currently am.

A few of the connections I made back then were other members of the same age and I know that half of them never continued their education heading into highschool. Some of them today are more successful than me, but the vast majority are not. I am personally happy to have pulled through it and kept all parts of my life in balance.

It is a pretty crazy feeling knowing that I am finally not bound by the school session. Where I can only work 24/7 during the summer, and having to scale down during my semesters.

I hope that I only do better with my life from this moment on, and I thank this community for giving me the right tools.

- Martin

Congrats, man. I remember my college graduation. As smart as I thought I was, damn, I didn't know shit compared to what I know now. Seems like more than 3 years have passed.

Now, it gets interesting.

you're coming out? ha ha
at least now you have a fallback plan, but considering how immensely successful you are, that should be the least of your concern.

Congrats brah, also graduating. Can't wait to have more time to devote to my own things. Nice job.

The story with my degree. The first two years I was on track to be an accountant. In the 2nd year I had to change my track because the curriculum was too difficult. My grades were seriously suffering. Spoke with my counselor and had her put me on a track that would allow me to get my grades back up and not interfere with the rest of my life. I ended up with a concentration in advertising and a minor in business administration.

based on your posts, i find that tough to believe.

Congrats on following the path you wanted to follow, and reaching the goal you wanted.

That's cool.

It could have been because of that specific class. I was in Intermediate Account II when I made the decision to change majors. That class was held in the evening where everyone was much older than me. All the peers were very involved with their studies for the class, and this led the Professor to cover topics quickly. Too quickly for me since I wasn't as active with my school work as they were. Possibly things would have been different if I had a morning class where the peers would have been my age and actually struggled with the material.

By the way, I learned earlier tonight that I will have an interview for the New York Journal later this week. :)
