Top 5 Keyword Research Tools

I'm looking for opinions on the top 5 keyword research tools, either web based or application based. My shortlist is:

Wordze
Wordtracker
Trellian

Please don't answer 'google external tool' I am truly looking for a more industrial strength tool for a reason =) Thanks

In that link above, you'll see keyworddiscovery. If your serious about keyword research, the $70 a month is worth it.

From what I've read and researched thus far, it seems like keyword discovery and Wordze are the top two. Would anyone disagree? I'm not sure what the deciding factor would be, but budget doesn't matter.

I like keyword elite. and if your internet savvy (think torrents) you won't have to pay for it.

A lot of people seem to like Keyword Country, especially if you like to crank out MFA sites.
