Tracking Source of Adsense Clicks?

If you do a ton of advertising on different sites etc what is the best way to track the adsense CTR for the traffic from each individual source?

I thought about setting up a channel for each and dynamically inserting it in the adsense code, but that is a lot of fucking around if there is an easier solution.

Cand analytics track it?

Options?

So check out ClickAider Click Tracking System: Advertise with Confidence I haven't used this one so I can't tell you if it is any good or not.

You are probably better off writing your own.

ClickAider is very good, but it misses the ONE most important feature, tracking CTR the way you want.
