I stop using tracking202 Pro on my websites 3-4 months ago and deleted all codes from my websites(didn't cancel the subscription). Couple of days ago i started testing new campaigns and i notice that T202 was charging me for clicks for the past 4 months even if i didn't use them. Costumer service response:
"unfortunately our system pulls the clicks directly from the ppc network. I can refund your money this month but in the future I suggest that you set up an individual account for pro and an individual account for your ppc in prosper. Please look for a refund of $- on your credit card statement in the next 5-7 business days."

I don't want charity refund. If you give me refund, than give me for all the time that i didn't use T202.

How do you guys feel about this? Why would i pay once my campaign is fully optimized and i don't do tracking any more? Waste of money.
 


I'm sure Wes will make any wrongdoing right, and I personally cannot say anything bad about them, I've use prosper202 (Self Hosted) ever since I started in Affiliate Marketing and its the best thing anyone could have asked for...

And why would you stop tracking your campaigns?

OK, let me explain better.
I don't mind paying monthly subscription for T202, that's why i didn't cancel my subscription, it's great tracking software. I just don't see any reason why should i pay for clicks on campaign that i don't use tracking.

First of all everyone here knows I'm not getting much out of those balls, that's why I'm actively pursuing UberAffiliate's balls - you just know there full of AM goodness.

Second, A campaign can be optimized, Yes this part is true. But what me and everyone else here can tell you is that its never done, you can always optimize more and things can change from time to time, you never stop tracking a campaign because you think its "Optimized"...

Third, I don't use Pro because I don't mind updating SubID's or PPC charges, I'm also pretty good at simple math so that helps. Another reason why I don't use it is becuase I want to be in control of all my data, so I run prosper on my own servers, Call me a paranoid freak, but I keep my campaigns on the lockdown... Just like UberAffiliate's balls.. :D

Can i get opinion from people actually using T202 Pro? This is all i ask.

About optimizing... I have this campaign since 2007, started with many keywords and now i'm down to 3. This 3 keywords are bringing 5000+ clicks per month. Now, i know this is max I can get for this campaign, so i don't use tracking. Even though i don't use tracking, T202 is still charging me for this 5000 clicks. I hope I'm clear this time.
 
@godspeed, why don't you expand this campaign and buy some media on targeted sites, You can take any campaign and get it over 5000 clicks a month. you could probably do 5k a day if you work at it a little.
 
Yeah, just take the three keywords and make giant images out of each word, maybe a little drop shadow, and drop like 30 grand on YouTube placements.

Look, i don't think you get my point here. I'm talking about 5000 clicks from YSM that i'm being charged from T202.
 
The reason you're being charged is your dumb ass didn't cancel the subscription. This is 100% your fault. I've already stated this.

And since you've stated money isn't a problem, pay for you fuck up, cancel your subscription and move the fuck on.

You fucking dumb idiot. How many times do i have to explain that it's not the subscription, it's the fucking keyword click charges. I pay my subscription each month and i don't have a problem with it. How stupid do you have to be to not understand this, you fucking moron. Go fuck your mother or something, stop posting here.

This might be where your getting confused...with T202 pro you pay a monthly subscription plus a fee based on how many clicks you have. You said above that you pay the subscription each month so that's probably where the problem is. You don't need to keep your subscription if you aren't using it.
