Trademark's New, Expanded Article-Writing Service!

Trademark delivered my articles on time (on a holiday weekend) and they were all great quality. Due to then number of articles I ordered it took a month for me to receive them and after forgetting about the order I was contacted a few days prior to them being delivered. Not often that you see such great customer service on the internet and I highly recommend Trademark for your content writing needs.

Regarding my customer service, thanks for the kudos. I realize that working with someone for the first time carries the hint of risk. And for large orders, that uncertainty can be disconcerting. You can always count on me. I'll contact you tomorrow, as planned. :)

I think I'm on my 6th or 7th order now from Damon, he always goes that little bit above and beyond what the order calls for him to do, the man clearly understand the value of repeat business and in return his customers get high quality content delivered on schedule with zero hassles. If there was a definition of win-win in the dictionary it would have Damon's picture there!
 
Thanks very much, Carl! I appreciate that. The longer I work together with clients, the more easily I'm able to anticipate their needs. That paves the way for a win-win scenario. My clients receive the content they want and I get the opportunity to work with clients I enjoy.

I've also found that there's a significant demand for a content provider who delivers predictably. That is, high-quality content is a ticket to the game. But, dependability, consistency, and communication are equally-important.

Brilliant work on this latest batch of 6. One of the best things about Trademark is that he does a fantastic job of finding sources. I can give him some topic ideas, even general ones, and he always comes through with great content that he researched himself.

I'm almost totally hands-off on the content creation, and the weird thing is I'm comfortable with that. On the flip side, when I send Damon an email I get a response within 24 hours, always.

I'm always trying to find his limits, but so far: none that I can see.
 
Thanks for that, Ryan! It's great to hear that my content is hitting the spot on your projects! As you know, the research is important. Fluff shows. Delivering the information in an authoritative, compelling manner is just as critical. And that's my job.

... well, that and delivering on deadline so you'll never have to worry. :)
