Over the last couple weeks I've noticed alot of placements in TV taking a big shit. I don't seem to be alone because other advertiser bids on some of the top placements are about half of what they were.

It's not the offer, it's the bounce rate. Can anyone relate to this.

In the past some placements seemed to take a shit if I let our bid position slip too much, but now it doesn't matter if we're running #1 or #5 - the traffic quality is sucking out no matter what.

No. I wanted to confirm that there is an issue amongst my piers prior to drawing attention to myself internally.

nope... but if you are running 1 per 12 1 per 24... and hitting targets that people visit addictively... lets say something like facebook.com (even though you cant target this) that could be your problem... If everyone is running the same thing on those targets they've seen the page or one like it... move on or run a new lp and offer

this happened for a campaign i was running about 6 months ago. I noticed a drop in conversions. I wasnt sure if it was the offer or the traffic.
Also i noticed the bids in this niche dropped to about 1/2 of what they were

I think I might have put a finger on it... not positive though, but I've been playing around with some different ways of entering urls and I've found a way to outbid competitors without them being able to visibly see it in the system... could be what's happening because it's def not a complicated thing to stumble onto.

I run placements in a very big niche in the financial vertical and conversions have taken a huge skydive over the past few months. You need to rotate your landers like crazy to prevent ad fatigue too.

fb killed the promotion of download offers (ie: gamevance) a few months back, so..

time for Future Ads to use their 50 mill revenue to step their advertising game up

How do they get international english speaking traffic ? Via affiliates ? If so I never seen in CPA network that their offfers to accept traffic from UK/CA/AU/NZ .... a bit strange

Maybe this one working cause it's not saturated and not obtained via affiliate promotion

Just to clear the air - it's the traffic quality, at least in my small world. No way around it. The only thing I can think of that would cause it to be so shitty is if TV is running their own internal shit in front of mine.

I hope it resolves itself, but if it doesn't I won't cry about not having to fax in a form everytime I need to make a deposit.
