It seems that apart from shoemoeny's blog, there are other shoemoney's sites hacked. They are currently down.
It seems that these turkish hackers tried to use Shoemoney well known sites to spread some message against France.

I don't know why people who use PHPBB don't keep their installs up to date/get on the mailing list for security info. It's not like PHPBB is new to getting hacked and isn't notorious for it. :censure: - KEEP THOSE INSTALLS UP TO DATE! :ticking:

As of now Shoemoney's site is back up and his forum has been converted to vBulletin. The gallery, however, is still down. He hasn't posted any information pertaining to hacking.

(I'm using Ubuntu so I didn't have to worry about the virus. )

Hope that you have your site backups running every night, and simply run a restore. Or, you find the hack/hack files, remove them, and patch up the software they hacked through.

You don't necessarily need new hosting, you just have to make sure and keep all your software up to date. PHPBB, Gallery software, guestbook software, all that junk!
