Turning hits into sales

Hey guys,

My site is currently generating about 500 uniques per day, take yesterday for example, 532 uniques viewed the site however we only sold one product.

Anyone got any tips on how to turn the hits into sales?

(Sorry if this is the wrong section btw, not really sure where to put this)

ha reminds me of one of my first ppc campaigns...

direct link to a new merchant on cj through ysm and adcenter, 500+ clicks, but no sales, before xmas! later got a couple sales through the cookie way after I stopped the bleeding, I restarted the campaign and am slightly profitable. I still think that some of those no sales must have been technical glitches, I asked cj to look into it, but got the usual bs.

There's no deep linking to this merchant so I don't know how I am profitable sending targeted traffic directly to the merchant home page, but I guess I'll take it.

maybe you're unique's are not targeted?

The website is the one in my sig (completevb.com) The uniques mostly come from Google with the search keyword "vBulletin Skins", we get about 1 a day on average, sometimes 3 or 4. Just wondering if anyone had any tips to get it the rate of conversion higher.
