I'm not racist, but I find this hilarious. This has been out for awhile now, but I don't think it ever got popular or so.
 


OMG I was doing very good about not laughing until it showed the guy walking down the street and hearing it.

It's hard not to find it humorous, but if I sit and think about how much it must SUCK to go through life like that it's suddenly not so funny any more.

Until I hear her say it again and start laughing all over again.
 
I had the occasion to work with a woman who had Tourette's. She also used the N word. The thing is, Claudia yelled her ticks sometimes, loudly. One time at a McDonald's, she hollered, "PUUUURPLE N*GGER!" at the black gentlemen wearing the violet sweater, standing 2 feet in front of us.

"Darling." He said. "If you think we n*ggers are purple, then you have a problem".

She was always very apologetic and explained what was going on. He ended up being a really nice guy who had a brother that worked in mental health and was reasonably understanding.

The trip is, she has a twin sister who also has Tourette's, and was institutionalized because her ticks were so bad she would scream, at the top of her lungs and hurt people.

Man, Tourette's is a wierd ass disease. I knew another guy who licked light poles.

my friends dorm roommate had tourette's, he didnt have any vocal ticks, but he did twitch like a motherfucker.
 
I know this type of stuff isnt funny but you have to laugh at what they are saying sometimes however, This one I seen on the geraldo talk show years ago had me shitting my pants rolling. I couldn't find it on youtube. Its a group of tourrets up on the stage on geraldo and they are talking about what each did for a living. Well, One black guy was saying he was in the military at the same time another guy calling him the N word then the black guy answered when asked, what exactly does he do in the military and he says he works on missiles then you hear the other guy saying loudly, "We're fucked now!, *N*".
I'm not racist but the "We're fucked now" had me rolling for a good 20 minutes.
 
what's fucked up is if you put yourself in their shoes... not being able to vocally hold back certain things you think... simply KNOWING this makes it very difficult to *not* think of bad shit to say, because you know it's what will get you in the most trouble, and worries you the most..

subsequently, the N word comes to mind because it's like the worst single word you can say that will get everyone's attention. fuck.

Like 7 years ago, I worked at this restaurant.

Every so often, this man and his wife would come in to eat. His wife had tourettes and would occasionaly start barking like a dog as loud as she could. Whenever they came in, the host would seat them in the most empty section for obvious reasons.

This is because she would literally just be sitting there and out of nowhere start barking like a deranged chihuahua. Although funny to some, I found it kind of sad really... for one main reason.

This chick was a straight dime piece. Believe me when I say she was an easy 10 out of 10. Blonde hair, beautiful face, and killer body. She was gorgeous. Absolutely fucking stunning and cursed with this horrible syndrome.

We always joked she loved it doggy style.

No, verbal ticks happen, though not as often as physical ones. Sometimes those verbal ticks ain't even a curse word. It seems like, your mind comes up with the worst possible thing to say at the moment, then you say it. People with Tourett's do have a repertoire they default to though. Like the lady I mentioned knowing up a few posts would often yell, "I'll stab you all, and go to jail!" Then she would sometimes repeat it two or three times, emphasizing the different words, "I'll stab you all, and go to jail!" "I'll stab you all, and go directly to jail!"

OCD is often associated with the syndrome too.
 
While I wouldn't wish this disease on anybody, the Tourette's guy is the funniest thing i've ever seen.

OMG I LOL'ed so hard at "I'd like to meet the motherfucker that named it "fashion bug" and stick a broom up his ass."
