Back on thread - I have had two friends with this disease. It's really horrible, and yet hilarious at the same time.
The two guys I knew saw the funny side as well, which I think helped them cope with it.
I think the reason it's so goddamn funny is we all go through life thinking completely inappropriate things that most people would be horrified if they heard, but these people have something missing which means what's meant to stay inside goes out.
