The next time you're in New Orleans I will personally arrange for you to have a meet and greet with two segments of society: A room full of thugs and a separate room with a few IM'ers... we'll see how tough and cosmopolitan you are afterwards.

I can say though, if you did pass these two thugs on the street, they would look you in the eye and greet you cordially; What happens once they have passed and your back is to them is anyone's guess... but our thugs have a sense of etiquette about them. They want you to feel comfortable and relaxed with them on a human level and not be tense cause you're stereotyping and profiling. Once they're sure you're at ease, they beat you to the ground and stomp on your head until you're motionless and they rifle your belongings. Why have someone all jittery and anxiety ridden for longer than needed, ya know?
