I always thought a knee to the head while your opponent was on the mat was an illegal hit. UFC has too many controversial endings.

It was to the chest if you watch the slow replay. It was a legit hit, even Chael said. It's just shitty Silva only got to do that because of a fluke chance where Chael slips and lands in perfect position for Silva to land the knee.
