upgrading to MySQL 5.0

Anyone know of any issues I might run into if I upgrade mysql from 4.1.22 to 5.0?

There's a new script I want to use that requires 5.0, but not sure if it's going to break scripts on my other domains.

The scripts shouldn't break, just make sure you do a full backup before proceeding. You might find yourself restoring from it right after. Oh, and don't forget to recompile PHP or whatever you're using.
