ValueClick - Any feedback?

We are contemplating trying to use ValueClick for one of our clients. The minimum investment to start is $5000. That will be a pretty expensive test to see if it works. Has anyone used it? Any feedback?

I've been a Valueclick publisher, and it looks to be saturated with smileys and that stuff. If you use your own creatives you might do well, the stock creatives will not convert well.

If you're talking about the CJ division, it's a lot more than saturated with Smileys.

dvduval - what are you looking at ValueClick for? Aff Marketing (CJ) or AdServing (MediaPlex/mojo)

If its Cj then you need to realize that there is a class action against them.

I believe things like them "press the fart" button, try to "shoot the duck" banners do the best. It is sort of an incentive for people to want to click thru to your website, but not sure how well the traffic will be once at your site.
