1) pay off some security guy to get video's and/or cc number of stall purchase.
IF video
2) check for everything you can, license plate, person, ect
IF cc
2) call in number on the back, give them the number and see if you get a last name (if the stall thing doesnt record it)
3)use any info above to find out who the person is (remember everyone has a price)
4)forcibly enter his/hers residents and get your money back one way or another
 


i'll give you a much better option:

a) call insurance, pay your what, $250/500 deduct and get your vehicle fixed
b) avoid shitholes like that OR park somewhere decent and cab it

you really serious about 'setting a trap' and 'busting some skulls' or offering a TEN THOUSAND dollar reward?

i'd look for the cameras in the lot, AND in the near areas (banks, jewelry stores,etc). Even if it's not in direct line of sight of your car, look for suspisious activity (running, or running with mirror in hand - ha). Go back to the club for the next few nights, and just watch. see if there are patterns with goons in the parking lot.

Get it fixed and stay away from Hollywood. You'll just waste time and probably find out it was just some deranged homeless guy or gang member who didn't like your car
 
Better try to get the camera footage fast, most of of those overwrite each day. Call up the #, offer the guy who answers $50 for the footage if they still have it.

They probably would have gotten beat up by 4 drunk dudes to be completely honest.
 
Sorry to hear it bro.

Calling the cops in larger cities typically is worthless. Here in San Francisco they will barely show up for vandalism or stolen property, the only way they respond quickly is if you tell them the perp is still on the scene and they think they can make an arrest. Then they are quick.

Plus if you are drunk...

+1 for cabs and not filing insurance claims for damage under $2000
