I don't trust them enough to smoke them

been trying to quit..using the gum..

have gone down from half a pack per day to one every 3-4+gum. That one usually comes when im at the bar with friends so it doesnt bother me too much

If your'e into pipes, this is what I use. Works great with pipe tobacco and, well, other plant matter.

Haven't tried e-cigs, I don't want to look like a hipster.
 
Your better off buying online where most have no overhead and can charge less for the same in most cases.
 
congrats on the switch, been off for 2months now cause of ecig

trick is to slowly ez on the drip, not add more..learned it the hard way lol

You don't trust ecigs...but you trust regular cigs?
 
Yes, e-cigs is much effective than traditional cigs because by e-cigs you can take advantages of tobacco without any toxins and along that you take breathe easier , at last it has disadvantages too like Muscles ache, Coughing, Bleeding Gums etc. is anybody have more advantages & disadvantages then post a replay !!!

I know people quit in different ways and it seems a few people have achieved it with ecigs. I think having something in your fingers is part of the psychological attachment and reinforces the addiction. I've found that using the transparent patches suppresses any urge to light up and my mind has not been wandering towards cigarettes when I'm wearing it.
