yup, I love it. I wrote a marching band show for my old high school they performed that was the music of Final Fantasy 5 and 6, as well as Drum & Bugle corps show based on Dancing Mad from Final Fantasy 6 alone.

Dwelling of Duels - A monthly competition where a specific subject is picked (a game, genre, console, character etc), and the main part of the performance must be live, not premade synth. So live guitar, or vocals, or piano, etc. Phenomenal.
An orchestra + techno (yeah odd, but it works) mix of the death theme from Chrono Trigger:

How about some Final Fantasy 6, "Dancing Mad", the theme to the final boss, Kefka. I listen to this when I work out, it gets me so pumped. It's metal + orchestral, and very Dream Theater or Symphony X esque. The 7/8 battle sequence is nuts.

Earthbound was posted above as well, that was probably my favorite video game of all time. How about a remake of the first credits theme (not Smiles & Tears with its "I Miss you" in it)

And the final boss, the music of Giygas. 8-bit music into metal, into wtf?
