Haha OK, so dude, the bet as I understood it was is there a UN recognized country that is called White Russia. The answer is no. Google "white russia country" and you'll see this on wikipedia:
The name Belarus derives from the term White Russia, which first appeared in German and Latin medieval literature. The Latin term for the area was Russia Alba. Historically, the country was referred to in English as White Russia.
My (drunk) argument was that there's no country in this world that's officially referred to (by the UN or any other official organization) as White Russia. Like seriously, haha, you've got to be kidding me that there's a country out there called White Russia on a map.
Fortunately $80 in the whole affiliate game is retarded chump change so I'll deduct it from what you already owe me if you'd like, but I still stand by my shit. Haha. I hate you Conrad. =)
