For many months now, I have been working at restoring the house my parents left to me, which still needs thousands more in sweat equity and cash for fixes.
As one person, I can't make money fast enough (or do enough manual labor, or acquire the needed skills) to keep up, so I took a shot at winning a relevant contest which is awarding a dandy cash prize of fifteen hundred bucks.
