Vote Ron Paul (THAT MITT CRAY)

Andy while we're talking about DailyPaul, GOD I love the newest billboard in Utah this week:

That billboard leads folks to the site BombIran.org and there is some of the most awesome eye-opening shit on there any of us have ever seen... Two documentaries in particular really, really are top-quality stuff:

Why We Fight & The Beauty of Iran, which is a Rick Steves Travel Guide! (With history of the Iran-US history of course, all great stuff.)

Wow. Thank you for that site, will check it out later.

Give me one source that shows what an unregulated economy will do. I have one: the great depression.

That just shows your ignorance of economics. The great depression was caused by the fed, despite what your high school history teacher told you. In fact, it's the Keynesians that fail to prove their system works over and over.

what did turbo do? as far as i know shes a full on RP supporter

Don't tell him that. With his tiny little mind he would never be able to comprehend a person that might agree with him on something and disagree on another. Please allow him to continue to think that he is mentally superior to everyone around him, so that he can continue to get through the day.

Being informed has little value if a person is unable, or unwilling, to think logically.

A good friend of mine once said, "My father was the most informed man I knew. And he was also the stupidest." Any monkey can memorize facts and data. Recognizing causation and building a political philosophy based on logic requires more effort.

Paul is good because he can logically argue his points, not merely because he holds them. How many Paul supporters on this board - heck, in this thread - are able to do that? I can name a few. (By pure coincidence, none are female.)

Agreed (excluding that last jab, of course). Informed does not a reasonable person make. To build on this, I would imagine that most Ron Paul supporters require the ability to think abstractly and therefore are more logical by nature. Pretty much everything he campaigns towards are concepts never, in recent history, seen in action. The concepts are revolutionary because they are a call to completely reform everything about the current political system which requires a lot of forward and abstract thinking on the part of the supporters. Especially the older ones. It also requires many of us to be mentally accommodating enough for the radical change to a political paradigm and adapting to the new ideology. Most people are unable or unwilling to get this far, but the ability for logical reasoning is definitely a prerequisite.
