I'm about to drop some $$ and get a VPS from knownhost. I just want to check this as I am new to the world of VPS-using.
Am I right in thinking I can use "Remote Desktop" on the VPS (assuming its a windows OS) and can basically interact with the desktop there just as if the VPS was sitting in the same room as me?
eg installing apps just as I would on my home PC?
