Buyer charged back 3x $100 paypal purchases, won the chargebacks, then charged back the same things again a week later. So basically, they made an extra $300 that had nothing to do with them. Not sure if this is a paypal glitch or if some really stupid cc rep is handling the case. Contacted my paypal account rep this morning about it but haven't heard back yet. Theoretically it looks like they could just sit there charging back the same transaction thousands of times, making hundreds of thousands of dollars off a $100 purchase. Obviously something is wrong here. Anyone heard of anything like this?

When your paypal rep gets back to you I'm sure it'll be figured out. You cannot charge back the same transaction more than once. Once it was successfully sided in their favor, that's it. So if it was a glitch, I'd imagine they'd do whatever it takes to help fix your stuff.

@dreamache Heard back yesterday, she just gave me some basic bullshit answer that they were looking into it, haven't heard back since.
@mpbiz It's the permanent solution for this particular site. Only does about 5k a month and it's targeted at <18 so I figured PayPal would be the best bet.

i hate dealing with them, always expect the worst possible outcome with paypal.
